Every WearWho piece is made on demand — just for you, the moment you place your order. That means we don't hold inventory, and we don't do mass production. It also means our return process works a little differently than a standard retail store.
Here's exactly what that looks like.

## What We Cover
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered — we'll fix it. No hoops, no hassle.
**We will replace or refund your order if:**
- Your item arrives with a defect (print misalignment, fading, cracking, or any production error)
- Your item arrives damaged in transit
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
In any of these cases, email us at **support@wearwho.com** within **14 days of delivery** with your order number and a photo showing the issue. We'll sort it out within 2 business days.

## What We Don't Cover
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing — if you're unsure, email us before you order)
- Color variations that fall within normal screen-to-print range (colors may appear slightly different on screen versus in person — this is expected with sublimation printing)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

## Sizing Issues
We know sizing is the biggest worry with online clothing. Here's how we handle it:
- Our full size guide is on every product page — please check it before ordering.
- If you're between sizes or buying for a group, email **support@wearwho.com** before you order. We'll give you a straight answer.
- If your item arrives and the measurements don't match what was listed on our size guide, that's a production error and we'll replace it immediately.

## Custom & Personalized Orders
Items with custom names, dates, photos, or text are **final sale** once production begins. We'll always send you a confirmation of your customization details before we start production — please review it carefully. If we made an error based on what you submitted, we'll reprint it at no cost.

## Group & B2B Orders
For Teams orders (sports, events, corporate), please review your proof carefully before approving production. Once production is approved and underway, we cannot issue refunds for size or quantity changes. If there is a production defect, we will reprint the affected pieces.

## Refund Timeline
Once your refund or replacement is approved:
- **Replacements** ship within 3–5 business days
- **Refunds** are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
