Every WearWho piece is made on demand — produced the moment you place your order, then shipped directly from our production partner in Shangrao, China. There's no warehouse sitting on your size. No pre-made stock. Just your order, made for you.

## How Long Will It Take?
**Standard delivery to the US: 7–10 business days from order date.**
That breaks down as:

Orders placed on weekends or US/Chinese public holidays enter production on the next working day. During peak seasons (November–December, Chinese New Year), production may extend by 2–3 days — we'll always notify you if your order is affected.

## Tracking Your Order
You'll receive two emails:
1. **Order confirmation** — sent immediately after purchase, with your order summary and estimated delivery window.
2. **Shipping confirmation** — sent when your package leaves our facility, with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email. If you don't see movement within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, email us at **support@wearwho.com**.

## Shipping Carriers
We ship via **DHL Express**, **FedEx International**, or **UPS International**, depending on your location and the fastest available route at the time of dispatch. You'll receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

We currently ship to the **United States** (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii), **Canada**, **United Kingdom**, **Australia**, and **select European countries**.
For international orders outside the US, estimated delivery times are:

## Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipping outside the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are **not included in your WearWho order total**.
WearWho is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed at the border. If you're unsure about import regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

## Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order enters production we cannot change the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility.

## Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed without delivery, contact us at **support@wearwho.com** with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Packages confirmed lost in transit will be reprinted and reshipped at no additional cost to you.
